Job summary

SA Health’s Riverland Mallee Coorong Local Health Network is seeking a Human Resources Recruitment Coordinator in Murray Bridge. You will partner with managers to deliver efficient recruitment experiences, drawing on HR expertise and knowledge of recruitment systems like PageUp.

Essential criteria include strong communication, coordination of recruitment processes, knowledge of HR policies and Australian visa requirements; post-secondary HR qualifications are desirable.

• Knowledge of attraction, selection, onboarding and retention practices, including Australian visa requirements and Aboriginal cultural awareness.

Use your HR expertise, organisational skills and collaborative approach to attract and retain a skilled workforce across the Local Health Network.

What We’re Looking For:

Essential Criteria

• Demonstrated experience coordinating recruitment processes and providing accurate HR advice in a complex environment.

Desired Criteria

• Post-secondary qualifications in Human Resource Management or a related field.

• Knowledge of SA Health recruitment policies, public sector HR practices and innovative workforce attraction strategies, particularly in regional and rural settings.
