As the HR Officer in the People and Culture branch at DETSI, your main activity will be monitoring a centralised inbox to provide accurate and contemporary advice to our Divisional HR colleagues. You'll also contribute to a broad range of activities, including finance, reporting, governance, and helping us to build our team's capability.

This role is flexible location which means that it could potentially be done at any DETSI work location. We will ask about your preferred location during the recruitment process.

You'll be known for your ability to problem-solve in a customer-facing environment. You'll be able to pivot on priorities and triage queries in a centralised inbox. You'll be proficient with administrative activities such as registering invoices, drafting basic communications, and procedural editing.
You'll be proactive in sourcing information and confidently provide advice in a clear and concise manner.
