Job summary

Atom Resources is seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to influence senior leaders and drive key people initiatives across Australia, with a focus on manufacturing and engineering.

Reporting to the APAC HR Director, you will shape workforce capability, engagement and performance while acting as a trusted advisor to leadership teams. The role supports operations across Australia and offers flexible working hours with one day of work from home per week.
