A community services organization in Belconnen is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner for a full-time ongoing position. The role requires collaboration with HR teams and a minimum of three days on-site work per week. Ideal candidates have a relevant qualification and at least 3 years' experience in HR partnering. A commitment to diverse and culturally safe practices is essential.
The Human Resources Business Partner plays an integral role in the organisation, providing sound guidance and advice to their programs. You will be working alongside a team of Human Resources Business Partners located across Australia and you will work closely with the recruitment team.
This role is a full time ongoing position primarily located from our ACT Office in Belconnen. The successful candidate will be required to work a minimum of three days per week from the office and may be required to travel.
