Job description

The Human Resources Business Partner plays an integral role in the organisation, providing sound guidance and advice to their programs. You will be working alongside a team of Human Resources Business Partners located across Australia and you will work closely with the recruitment team.

This role is a full time ongoing position primarily located from our ACT Office in Belconnen. The successful candidate will be required to work a minimum of three days per week from the office and may be required to travel.

We are seeking a candidate who has:

  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resources or related discipline;
  • Minimum 3 years experience in a Human Resources Partnering role;
  • Demonstrated experience in investigations, case management and award interpretation in a large-scale fast-paced environment;
  • Demonstrated organisational skills and the proven capacity to take on and deliver on multiple and varied projects
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated capacity to work collaboratively with others and exercise influence in a diversity of contexts
  • Knowledge of or interest in the community services sector is highly valued.
