Job summary

Stellar Recruitment is partnering with a well‑established mining organisation to recruit an experienced HR Advisor for MT ISA site operations. This permanent role involves hands‑on HR delivery, employee relations, workforce planning and recruitment, with a focus on consistent HR practices and a positive work environment.

You will work closely with site leaders to support the full employee lifecycle, ensuring smooth HR processes on a major mining site and contributing to a stable, long‑term

Qualifications

• Experience as HR Advisor in mining or heavy industry.
• Strong knowledge of Australian employment law and IR processes.
• Experience supporting site leaders in a on-site environment.

About the Role

About You

• Experience in a HR Advisor role within mining or heavy industry

• Confident supporting leaders in a site-based environment
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
• Practical, solutions‑focused approach
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment
• Current driver’s licence
