Central West Hospital and Health Service is seeking a Human Resources Officer to support the Director of Human Resource Operations and the wider team. You will deliver professional, confidential HR administration, coordinating word processing, data input and reporting to meet unit priorities.

In this role you will provide timely, high-quality support and maintain confidentiality across information systems, supporting a capable and responsive workforce across Central West Queensland.

The Human Resource Advisory and Assurance Unit is responsible for overseeing human resources, industrial relations, systems support, and assurance functions. In this role you will complete tasks which include:

• Provide timely and high-quality support aligned with the unit’s priorities and goals.
• Maintain professionalism and uphold confidentiality, ensuring the integrity and quality of all information.
• Deliver high-quality services in word processing, spreadsheet creation, and PowerPoint presentations, including data input and analysis.
