Overview

We are seeking motivated and experienced Human Resource Officers to join various teams within our ATO People business area.

Responsibilities
  • Support the delivery of high-quality Human Resource (HR) services.
  • Collaborate with employees and managers across a range of ATO business areas to enable resolution of moderately complex HR issues.
  • Contribute to workforce solutions that are both strategic and practical.
  • Provide specialist advice and guidance across a range of HR topics to enable business areas to make informed decisions and deliver client-focused outcomes.
  • Build strong relationships, develop expertise, and make a meaningful impact within the ATO.

These roles may be offered on an ongoing or non-ongoing basis in Adelaide, Albury, Box Hill (VIC), Brisbane CBD, Canberra, Dandenong, Geelong, Gosford, Hobart, Melbourne CBD, Moonee Ponds, Newcastle, Parramatta, Penrith, Perth, Sydney CBD, Townsville, Upper Mount Gravatt or Wollongong.
