St Columba's Catholic College Springwood in New South Wales seeks a passionate HSIE and Religious Education teacher for a temporary, full-time role commencing in 2027. The successful candidate will teach Years 7–12, apply Inquiry Based Learning, and differentiate instruction to meet diverse student needs.

Applicants must meet NSW Education Standards Authority requirements, hold a minimum 4-year degree (or 75% complete) and have a valid Working with Children Check.

Responsibilities

• Teach HSIE and Religious Education to secondary students, Years 7–12
• Apply Inquiry Based Learning in lessons
• Differentiate learning to meet diverse student needs
• Plan engaging lessons with clear assessment feedback
• Differentiate instruction to maximise student learning
• Collaborate with staff and engage in professional development
• Motivate students to develop a life-long love of learning
