Job summary

Adelaide Aspire seeks a senior HSEQ & HR leader to drive improvement across our Australian operations. You will report to the Managing Director and oversee health, safety, environment, quality, and HR management systems, ensuring compliance and continuous improvement across divisions.

Travel to sites nationwide will be required as you partner with senior management, staff at all levels, and external auditors to embed robust processes, audits, and training aligned with ISO standards.

Qualifications

• WHS qualification or equivalent
• Knowledge of ISO 45001/14001/9001 and related standards
• Awareness of HR legislation and upcoming changes
• Experience with recruitment in the logistics sector
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Oversee and drive continual improvement in HSEQ and HR across the organisation
• Conduct audits, investigations and inspections in the logistics sector
• Develop and maintain relationships with internal staff at all levels
• Ensure compliance with applicable legislation and ISO standards
• Travel to sites around Australia and support management with audits and training
