Job summary

Eilbeck Cranes is seeking a full-time HSEQ Representative to drive health, safety, environment, and quality systems across operations in NSW. You will ensure ISO standards compliance, oversee QA/QC processes, and support audits and continuous improvement initiatives.

The role requires 3+ years in HSEQ or QA in heavy industry, with strong documentation control, communication, and stakeholder engagement. Immediate start, 38-hour week, potential overtime.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in HSEQ, QA, QC, or Document Control in heavy industry.
• Strong understanding of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 17025.
• Experience conducting internal audits and supporting external certification audits.
• Solid knowledge of QA systems, inspections, documentation, and compliance processes.
• Excellent organisation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficient with MS Office and document management systems.
• Experience in crane manufacturing or heavy industry.
• Knowledge of Australian Standards and client quality requirements.
• Experience managing customer documentation submissions and manufacturing record books.

Responsibilities

• Maintain all documentation related to HSEQ procedures, registers, and records.
• Assist with internal and external audits and closeout of findings.
• Monitor compliance with QA/QC and WHS procedures at factory and site locations.
• Support the preparation and maintenance of QA documentation (ITPs, MDRs).
• Investigate and document incidents, accidents, and non-conformances.
• Implement corrective and preventive actions and track effectiveness.
• Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and project teams to verify HSEQ compliance.
• Control and issue engineering documentation and drawings.
• Maintain KPI records and HSEQ reporting in line with ISO standards.
• Deliver inductions, toolbox talks, training sessions, and HSEQ campaigns.
• Travel between sites, suppliers, and subcontractor facilities as required.
• Maintain full compliance with ISO, customer, and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate HSEQ and quality audits with minimal non-conformances.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
