Job summary

Voestalpine Group in NSW is seeking an HSEQ Administrator to provide administrative support across Health, Safety, Environment and Quality. You will help maintain HSEQ systems, records, training coordination and QA documentation.

The role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks. Experience in an administrative or support role and familiarity with Excel, Word and Outlook are desirable.

  • Intermediate Excel, Word and Outlook skills.

Responsibilities

  • Assisting with the maintenance of HSEQ systems, policies, and procedures.
  • Coordinating HSEQ training, inductions, and awareness initiatives.
  • Providing administrative support for risk assessments, audits, and workplace inspections.
  • Assisting with incident records and tracking corrective actions.
  • Maintaining accurate HSEQ data, reports, and registers.
  • Supporting teams with quality, compliance and safe work practices.
  • Assisting with wellbeing initiatives and return-to-work processes.
  • Contributing to a positive, inclusive and safety-focused culture.

Job description

The HSEQ Administrator provides administrative support to the HSEQ function, assisting with the maintenance of HSEQ systems, records, training coordination and QA documentation. Working closely with operational teams and the HSEQ team, this role helps ensure accurate records, timely reporting and effective administration of HSEQ activities across our sites.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong organisational and administrative skills who is looking to build their experience in Health, Safety, Environment and Quality.

Key responsibilities
  • Assisting with the maintenance of HSEQ systems, policies, and procedures

About you

  • An interest in workplace health, safety and compliance
  • Experience working in a manufacturing, engineering or industrial environment (desirable)
  • Certificate IV in Work Health & Safety or willingness to undertake further study (desirable)
