Job summary

Design & Build Recruitment seeks a site-based HSEQ Coordinator to support Health, Safety, Environment and Quality on a live construction project. The role combines systems compliance with hands-on site presence to ensure safe operations.

Responsibilities include site safety walks, assisting in safety plans, incident investigations, training, risk reviews, and managing relations with staff and subcontractors, with a rostered Saturday shift.

Qualifications

• Minimum Cert IV in OH&S required.
• Experience in Health & Safety role for a head contractor (12+ months).
• Experience on commercial projects preferred.
• Strong understanding of OH&S legislation.

To be considered for the role:

• Minimum Cert IV in OH&S
• 12+ months ' experience in a Health & Safety role working for a head contractor
• Experience working on commercial projects
• Strong understanding of latest OH&S legislation
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage deadline
