Job summary

Pact Group is seeking an experienced HSE Advisor to provide practical HSE support across Moorebank and Ingelburn sites. You will report to the Regional HSE Manager and collaborate with site leaders to strengthen health, safety, environment and sustainability performance.

Regular travel between sites is required. You will conduct inspections, audits and risk reviews, deliver training, and lead investigations as needed.

Qualifications

HSE experience in a manufacturing setting.
Solid knowledge of Australian safety, environmental and sustainability laws.
Experience supporting multiple manufacturing sites or locations.
Capable of performing risk assessments, audits and incident investigations.
Strong analytical abilities to identify trends and improvements.
Excellent communication, coaching and stakeholder-influence skills.
Able to prioritise by risk and business needs.
Willingness to travel regularly between sites.
Possess a current driver's licence.

Responsibilities

Support Site Leaders in implementing HSE policies, standards and site procedures.
Conduct site inspections, audits and risk reviews; drive timely corrective actions.
Establish a consistent site visitation and engagement rhythm based on risk.
Provide practical HSE advice to leaders and staff.
Maintain a visible HSE presence and verify critical controls are effective.
Lead or support incident investigations; share lessons across sites.
Develop and deliver training to strengthen HSE awareness and accountability.
Monitor site and portfolio HSE performance to identify issues and opportunities.
Collaborate with operations, maintenance, warehousing, and Quality teams to embed HSE in processes.
Escalate significant risks or unresolved actions as needed.
