Job summary

Zeal Personnel is seeking an HSE Advisor with project experience for an 18-month assignment on a Gold Project near Perth. You will be part of the owners' team, daily overseeing safety across contractor groups and supporting commissioning activities.

This role reports to the project director and focuses on identifying risks and implementing mitigations. Ideal candidates hold HSE qualifications, with S26 welcomed but not mandatory, and proven mining sector experience.

Qualifications

• Qualifications in HSE.
• S26 well regarded though not mandatory.
• Experience with owners' teams on Gold Projects.
• Able to identify project risks and adopt mitigative strategies.
• Previous mining project experience is essential.
• Significant understanding and practice of Occupational Health and Safety.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day safety of multiple contractor groups.
• Work with owners' teams on project safety during commissioning for a Gold Project.
