Enviropacific is seeking an HSE Advisor to support our projects across NSW and the ACT. You will join a small, dynamic team and engage across Major Projects and Operations to enhance safety performance.

You will have a Diploma in Health and Safety and a track record of 10+ years in HSE roles on civil, construction or mining sites, with strong communication skills and a current Driver Licence. Travel within the region is expected.

Formación

• Diploma in Health and Safety is the minimum qualification.
• 10+ years of experience in an HSE role on civil, construction or mining projects.
• Understanding of regulations, ISO certification and OFSC accreditation.
• Incident investigation training (e.g. ICAM).
• Current Driver Licence.

Responsabilidades

• Support projects across NSW and ACT, contributing to safe delivery.
• Operate within the safety management systems for major projects and operations.
• Work on site and in the office, with regular regional travel.
• Collaborate with project teams to manage risks and drive continual safety improvements.

We are currently seeking an HSE Advisor to join our team and support our projects across NSW and the ACT.

As an HSE Advisor, you will join a small, dynamic and motivated team. You will have the opportunity to develop your understanding of our projects through direct involvement across our Major Projects and Operations divisions.

With strong support and established safety management systems in place, you will be contributing to the ongoing safe delivery of our projects throughout the region. Our projects include treatment of contaminated soils and water and range from 1-day jobs to long term established sites.

ABOUT YOU

You are a strong communicator with a desire to continue developing your career within a fast-paced environment.

You are comfortable working on site and in the office and are able to travel regularly within the region.

To be considered for this position, you will have:

• Diploma in Health and Safety (minimum requirement)
• 10+ years' experience in an HSE role on civil, construction or mining projects
• Understanding of regulations, ISO certification and OFSC accreditation
• A strong desire to develop your career as an Environment, Health & Safety professional
• Ability to work effectively while managing competing demands
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• A passion for the environment and being involved with projects
• Incident investigation training (e.g. ICAM)
• Current Driver Licence

The following would be advantageous:

• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
• Qualifications in Environmental Management
• Quality Management qualifications or experience
• High Risk Work Licences or relevant competencies
