The HSE Advisor will report to the functional Head of Safety and support projects across the Central Coast and Hunter regions. You will ensure Health and Safety standards are met while fostering a proactive safety culture.
Responsibilities include managing client and regulatory relationships, leading site inspections and audits, investigating incidents, and developing corrective actions to drive WHS performance across major commercial projects in NSW.

The HSE Advisor will report to the functional Head of Safety and support projects across the Central Coast and Hunter regions. Working closely with project leadership, you will ensure Health and Safety standards are met while fostering a proactive safety culture.
Proven experience in a Health and Safety role within the construction industry is required, with a track record of delivering commercial projects over $50M being highly regarded. Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills are essential, with the ability to advise and influence project leadership, subcontractors, and client representatives. Deep knowledge of WHSE legislation, risk management processes, and auditing practices will be relied upon. A minimum Certificate IV in WHS is required, with a Diploma or higher qualification highly regarded. An ICAM certification would also be advantageous.
