Job summary

Morson Edge Australia is seeking an HSE Advisor for a wind farm project based in Regional SA. The role is a long-term contract with a 19 days on / 9 days off roster, camp accommodation, and weekly pay.

Immediate start available for a candidate based near Adelaide and able to drive to site. Ideal candidates will have prior HSE advisory experience in construction or heavy industry, with wind farm experience strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as an HSE Advisor within construction, infrastructure or heavy industry.
• Wind farm or renewable energy experience highly regarded.
• Strong understanding of WHS legislation and high-risk construction activities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site inspections and audits.
• Investigate incidents and near-misses.
• Review SWMS and ensure compliance across the project.

HSE Advisor - Wind Farm Project

Location: Regional SA - must be based near the project (DIDO). The project location is approximately 2 hours from Adelaide.

Contract: Long-term contract

• $74 per hour + superannuation
• 19 days on / 9 days off roster
• Weekly pay
• Camp accommodation and meals provided

About You

• Previous experience as an HSE Advisor within construction, infrastructure or heavy industry.
• Wind farm or renewable energy experience highly regarded.
• Strong understanding of WHS legislation and high-risk construction activities.
• Confident conducting site inspections, audits, incident investigations and reviewing SWMS.
• Strong communication skills and ability to engage with subcontractors and site teams.
• Must be Adelaide-based and able to drive in and out of site (DIDO).
• Available to commence immediately.
