Job summary

The Future Generation Joint Venture, led by WeBuild, is recruiting an HSSE Administrative role to support the health, safety, and environment function across the Snowy 2.0 site in remote NSW regions.

Responsibilities include KPI reporting, data management for HSSE events, and coordinating training, meetings, and wellbeing initiatives while maintaining documentation and supporting incident investigations.

Qualifications

• Must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated initiative and proactive approach to safety processes.
• Strong time management and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• KPI reporting for HSSE.
• Assist HSSE team in day-to-day activities.
• Maintain the HSSE event database and data quality.
• Administer accounts and services for the HSSE department.
• Coordinate HSSE training courses and wellbeing initiatives.
• Assist in incident report completion and investigation findings.
• Maintain electronic and hard copy filing and HSSE registers.
