Job summary

Heidelberg Materials Australia Lithgow Concrete Plant is seeking an Agitator Driver. You will deliver quality concrete to residential and infrastructure sites across the region, starting early from about 6:00am, and enjoy the independence of on‑the‑road work.

You will build relationships with customers, operate safely, and uphold vehicle standards. Essential requirements include an HR licence, construction White Card, and the ability to pass pre‑employment medicals and drug tests.

Qualifications

• Current HR (Heavy Rigid) Licence is required.
• Previous HR driving experience is highly regarded.
• Current Construction White Card, or willingness to obtain one before commencement.
• Ability to complete a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol screening.

The Opportunity

As an Agitator Driver, you'll be responsible for safely delivering quality concrete to a variety of customer sites across the region. From residential builds to major infrastructure projects, you'll play an important role in keeping our communities and projects moving. No two days are the same. You'll make multiple deliveries throughout the day, work with a diverse range of customers, and enjoy the independence that comes with being on the road.

Full-time permanent position based at our Lithgow Concrete Plant, NSW. Early starts, with most rostered shifts commencing from 6:00am.

Competitive weekly pay, including:

• Base hourly rate of $33.70 per hour
• Overtime at time-and-a-half after 8 hours
• Double time and meal allowance after 10 hours
• Superannuation and applicable allowances

• Monthly RDO accrual, giving you flexibility to use your time your way

Essential Requirements
