Job summary

Heidelberg Materials Australia in Lithgow is seeking an Agitator Driver to safely deliver concrete to customer sites. Based at the Lithgow Concrete Plant, you’ll manage multiple deliveries and maintain a clean, professional vehicle.

The role starts early (around 6:00am) with full-time employment, weekly pay, overtime after 8 hours, and meal allowances. Training, PPE, and a clear path for career development are provided.

Qualifications

• Current HR licence (Heavy Rigid) is required.
• White Card (construction) is required or willingness to obtain before start.
• Pre-employment medical including drug and alcohol screening is required.
• Commitment to safety and following procedures.

The Opportunity

As an Agitator Driver, you'll be responsible for safely delivering quality concrete to a variety of customer sites across the region. From residential builds to major infrastructure projects, you'll play an important role in keeping our communities and projects moving.

No two days are the same. You'll make multiple deliveries throughout the day, work with a diverse range of customers, and enjoy the independence that comes with being on the road.

Essential Requirements

• Current HR (Heavy Rigid) Licence.
• Previous HR driving experience is highly regarded.
• Current Construction White Card, or willingness to obtain one before commencement.
• Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol screening.
