Job summary

Ese Consulting in Australia seeks an experienced Full-Time Truck Driver to load, transport and position silos and related products across regional and interstate locations, while delivering exceptional customer service. You will ensure NHVR compliance, perform safety checks and help train new drivers, all within a supportive transport team environment.

Responsibilities include maintaining vehicle readiness, documenting transport records, and contributing to continuous improvement.

• Safely load, secure, transport and unload silos, silo components and other products.
• Ensure compliance with NHVR regulations, road transport requirements and company procedures.
• Deliver products to customer sites and position them according to customer requirements.
• Conduct pre-start inspections, safety checks and maintain accurate transport records.
• Assist with the training and mentoring of new truck and pilot vehicle drivers.
• Maintain vehicles, trailers, toolkits and load restraint equipment to a high standard.
• Report vehicle, trailer and product damage promptly.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the transport department.
• Promote a professional company image and provide outstanding customer service.
• Assist as a pilot driver, labourer or within the factory when deliveries are not scheduled.
• Contribute to general yard, site maintenance and production activities as required.

Our client is seeking a reliable, safety-focused Full-Time Truck Driver to join their transport team. In this role, you'll be responsible for the safe loading, transportation, delivery, and positioning of silos and related products while providing exceptional customer service and supporting the continued success of the business’s operations.

About the Role

• Knowledge of National Heavy Vehicle Regulator (NHVR) requirements
• Experience interpreting and following VicRoads OSOM (Over Size Over Mass) route directions
• Mechanical aptitude and experience undertaking basic vehicle and trailer maintenance
• Experience training or mentoring drivers
