Job summary

Sharp & Carter Technology is partnering with a major Queensland organisation to appoint an experienced Cutover Manager for a substantial HR technology transformation.

You will own the integrated cutover strategy and coordinate production readiness, go-live and hypercare across SAP SuccessFactors and related HRIS environments.

This senior delivery role requires strong leadership, risk management and stakeholder influence to drive a successful deployment across multiple systems.

Qualifications

• Experience leading complex cutover and deployment activities.
• Experience coordinating data migration and validation.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Experience in SAP SuccessFactors HRIS/HCMS transformations.

Responsibilities

• Develop & own end-to-end cutover strategy and plan.
• Coordinate environments across development, test, training, UAT, pre-prod and production.
• Lead go-live execution and hypercare activities.
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies and escalation pathways.
• Coordinate data migration, validation and production readiness.
• Maintain integrated cutover and deployment plan with critical-path activities.
• Collaborate with tech and business teams for production readiness.
