Riverland Mallee Coorong Local Health Network invites applications for an HR Recruitment Coordinator. This role partners with managers to deliver efficient recruitment experiences and uses HR expertise to attract and retain a skilled workforce across RMCLHN.

Based in Murray and Mallee, the ASO5 salary range is $92,122 to $102,456 per annum, with full-time, term contract up to 30 September 2027. Applicants from diverse backgrounds are encouraged to apply and will be supported by flexible work

Qualificações

• Strong communication, customer service, organisational and time management skills.
• Experience coordinating recruitment processes and providing HR advice in a complex environment.
• Knowledge of recruitment systems such as PageUp, Microsoft Office and relevant HR policies.
• Understanding of merit-based selection, equal opportunity, diversity, inclusion, confidentiality and privacy requirements.
• Knowledge of attraction, selection, onboarding and retention practices, including Australian visa requirements and Aboriginal cultural awareness.
