WorkPac Group in Canberra is seeking an experienced HR Rear Lift Driver to join our client’s team. You will operate an HR rear lift waste collection truck, complete residential and commercial routes, and ensure on-time collections while maintaining safety and compliance.

The role requires a current HR licence, previous HR driving experience in waste management, strong safety focus, and good communication. A pre-employment medical and drug/alcohol screen are required.

Qualifications

• Current HR driver's licence.
• Previous HR driving experience, ideally within waste management or rear lift operations.
• Strong commitment to workplace health and safety.
• Good communication skills and a reliable work ethic.
• Ability to undertake a pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol screening.
