We have a great opportunity for you to start or build your career in the Waste Industry delivering essential waste management services across Coolaroo Melbourne. We are currently seeking experienced and safety-focused HR drivers for ongoing opportunities operating Rear Lift.

Pay Rate: From $36 per hour

Shifts: Monday to Friday plus weekend work (when needed) | Early starts between 1:00 AM - 3:00 AM

Shift Duration: 10 - 12 hours per shift

Key Responsibilities

• Operate Rear Lift trucks for scheduled commercial waste collections
• Complete pre-start checks and ensure vehicle is maintained to safety standards
• Follow route schedules efficiently and report any delays or issues
• Communicate clearly with dispatch and site supervisors
• Adhere to all site safety protocols, including PPE and hazard identification

Requirements

• Valid HR Truck Licence
• Minimum 6-12 months HR driving experience (waste industry experience highly regarded)
• Strong reliability and commitment to early morning starts
• Physically fit with the ability to safely enter and exit the vehicle repeatedly throughout the shift
• Driving history report required
