Job summary

Greenspace Industries is hiring a full-time HR licensed driver to service construction sites and local businesses across Brisbane, the Gold Coast and surrounding areas from Yatala. Immediate start available for those with a strong safety record.

You will operate a rear lift waste collection vehicle, perform pre-start checks, and ensure timely, reliable service while adhering to fatigue management and safety policies.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current HR driver licence and be legally able to drive heavy vehicles.
• Minimum of 2 years experience driving heavy vehicles.
• Excellent driving record and strong commitment to workplace safety.
• Physically fit and able to perform manual handling tasks.
• Willing to undergo a pre-employment medical including drug/alcohol screening.

Responsibilities

• Operate a rear lift waste collection vehicle on allocated routes.
• Complete scheduled collections and document as required.
• Perform daily pre-start checks and follow fatigue management requirements.
• Provide professional service at customer sites and maintain vehicle cleanliness.
• Assist with general yard upkeep and perform manual duties as required.

Greenspace Industries provides sustainable waste management solutions across Victoria and Queensland, with a focus on responsible waste collection, recycling and construction waste management.

We are looking for an experienced full-time HR licensed driver to join our Queensland team. Based out of our Yatala premises, you’ll service construction sites and local businesses across Brisbane, the Gold Coast and surrounding areas. This role is available for an immediate start.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Operating a rear lift waste collection vehicle
• Completing scheduled collections across allocated routes
• Conducting daily pre-start checks and completing required documentation
• Following company safety, operational and fatigue management requirements
• Providing professional service at customer sites
• Maintaining vehicle cleanliness and assisting with general yard upkeep
• Performing manual duties as required

About You

• Current HR Driver Licence at a minimum
• Minimum 2 years heavy vehicle driving experience
• Excellent driving record
• Strong commitment to workplace safety
• Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
• Reliable and able to work independently
• Willing to complete a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol screening
• Excellent geographical knowledge of SE QLD
