Impact HR Group is seeking an experienced HR Driver / Warehouse Operator in Newcastle. This role combines driving and warehouse tasks, delivering building products across the Hunter region while supporting order preparation and site service. Immediate start with full-time hours and potential permanency.

You’ll need an HR Driver Licence, a strong safety mindset, physical fitness for manual handling, and a reliable, team-oriented approach. Prior delivery or warehouse experience is valued.

• Positive driving record with demerit points and ability to supply

Responsibilities

• Deliver building products to residential and commercial sites.
• Operate an HR truck safely and professionally.
• Assist customers with deliveries, including manual unloading when forklifts or cranes aren't available.
• Pick, pack and prepare orders in the warehouse.
• Work as part of a supportive team to ensure timely deliveries.
