Job summary

iStaff Australia is seeking an HR Driver for an ASAP start in Sydney. You will operate vacuum tanker trucks, perform loading of sludge, stormwater, and wastewater, and assist with general site duties in a safety-focused environment.

Applicants must hold an HR/HC license, have a clean driving record with 5+ years of driving experience, and be able to pass a Truck Safe Medical including Drug & Alcohol testing. Residing in Sydney and having own transport are required.

Responsibilities

• Operate vacuum tanker trucks and perform loading of sludge, stormwater, wastewater and other liquids.
• Conduct drain and pipe cleaning and use high-pressure water jetting equipment.
• Perform Non-Destructive Digging (NDD) with high-pressure water and manage hoses/equipment.
• Assist with general labouring and site duties as required.

HR Driver - ASAP Start, long term & ongoing!

Client: Australian provider of waste management and recycling services, specializing in liquid waste removal, vacuum truck operations, and industrial waste solutions.

The Role:As a crucial member of our industrial service cleaning crew, you'll be responsible for:

• Operating a vacuum tanker trucks
• Perform vacuum loading of sludge, stormwater, wastewater and other liquids
• Conduct drain and pipe cleaning, operate high-pressure water (HPW) jetting equipment
• Perform Non-Destructive Digging (NDD) using high-pressure water
• Connect, push and pull truck hoses and equipment
• Assist with general labouring and site duties

Selection Criteria:

• HR/HC License
• Clean Driving Record (5+ years)
• Driving experience in vacuum or multi drop is a plus
• Able to pass a Truck Safe Medical, including Drug & Alcohol testing
• Applicants must currently reside in Sydney to be considered for this role
• Own transport (depot not accessible to public transport)

Benefits:

• Work 5-6 days a week, 10-12 hours per day, penalties paid on time and a half after 8 hrs, $52.48 double time after 10 hrs $68.88!
