Evolve Talent is hiring for multiple HR Drivers to support civil projects across North Brisbane. This hands-on role combines HR driving with general labouring alongside civil and pipe crews on site.

Responsibilities include driving HR trucks, moving materials, loading/unloading, and assisting with day-to-day construction activities while maintaining safety at all times. White Card and reliable transport are essential.

Formación

• Current HR licence holder with proven driving and on-site experience.
• Comfortable doing general labouring with civil crews on site.
• Reliable, punctual and capable of working in a team.
• Civil construction or drainage knowledge is a plus.
• White Card is required and transport to site must be reliable.

Responsabilidades

• Drive HR auto trucks and transport materials and equipment on site.
• Unload/load materials, support civil crews and pipe crews.
• Assist day-to-day construction tasks and site clean-up.
• Adhere to site safety requirements and processes.

Evolve Talent are hiring for multiple HR Drivers for multiple civil projects across North Brisbane.

Projects include roads, drainage, pipelines and other infrastructure.

This is a hands-on role with a mix of HR driving and general labouring, working closely with our civil crews and pipe crews on site.

What you'll be doing:

• Driving HR auto trucks
• Transporting materials, pipes, equipment and other site supplies
• Loading and unloading materials
• Working alongside pipe crews and civil construction teams
• General labouring and site clean-up
• Assisting with day-to-day construction activities
• Helping out wherever needed to keep the job moving
• Following site safety requirements

What we're looking for:

• Current HR licence & experience
• Comfortable jumping out of the truck and getting stuck into general labouring
• Reliable, punctual and keen to work
• Good attitude and willingness to be part of a team
• Civil construction, roads or drainage experience highly regarded
• White Card required
• Reliable transport to get to work
• Full Australian working rights
