The University of Sydney is seeking an HR Consultant (Advisory) to provide HR advice and support across client groups. You will work with Senior HR Consultants, HR Partners, and COEs to deliver efficient HR solutions and drive key HR initiatives.

## HR Consultant (Advisory)Apply: Darlington Campus: Full time: Posted 5 Days Ago: 0156933* **Full-time fixed term position until July 2027*** **A large and supportive team with opportunities for growth and development within the University*** **Base Salary $117,133 + 17% superannuation****About the opportunity**The HR Consultant (Advisory) provides Human Resource (HR) advice, information, guidance, and support across a range of client groups as required. The role will be reported into the Senior HR Consultant, however, will work closely with HR Partners and COE’s to ensure the provision of efficient and effective HR support and advice.The HR Consulting function is in a period of significant development, striving to achieve an integrated service offering aligned with the university’s ambitious workforce planning and organisational design objectives.
