We are seeking an experienced and commercially minded Human Resources Business Partner to join our national HR team, supporting leaders across Australia, New Zealand and Fiji. Based at our Truganina VIC Head Office, or alternatively from our Melbourne Airport office with regular anchor days at Truganina, this role provides high-impact, business-aligned HR advice across the full employee lifecycle. You will coach leaders, manage employee relations matters, drive people initiatives and support CEVA's growth through trusted partnerships and sound HR governance.
