A leading technology and logistics company in Melbourne is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner for the ANZ region. This role involves aligning HR strategies with business priorities, advising leaders, and managing employee relations. The ideal candidate has over 7 years of HR experience, strong business acumen, and expertise in Australian employment law. This hybrid position offers flexibility with 3 days in the office and 2 days remote.

As the HR Business Partner for ANZ, you will play a pivotal role in aligning HR strategies with business priorities. Acting as both a connector and hands-on implementer, you will advise leaders across functions and regions while delivering practical solutions on the ground. You will report into the Head of People, for DoorDash International. This is a hybrid role with 3 days spent in Office and 2 days remote.
