About the Role

As the HR Business Partner for ANZ, you will play a pivotal role in aligning HR strategies with business priorities. Acting as both a connector and hands-on implementer, you will advise leaders across functions and regions while delivering practical solutions on the ground. You will report into the Head of People, for DoorDash International. This is a hybrid role with 3 days spent in Office and 2 days remote.

  • Strong expertise in Australian employment law (New Zealand experience a plus).
  • Demonstrated ability to report on HR metrics and provide actionable insights.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field
