Job summary

People2People is seeking a seasoned HR Business Partner to partner with operational leaders across a large, diverse workforce. You will drive workforce initiatives, manage employee relations from inquiry to resolution, and support leaders through change in a fast-paced environment.

Reporting to the Head of People & Culture, you will be a trusted advisor across stakeholders, balancing strategic partnering with hands-on HR generalist support in a major infrastructure context.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' HR Business Partner, People Partner or Senior HR Advisory experience.
• Strong employee relations and case management capability.
• Experience navigating complex stakeholder environments.
• Demonstrate initiative to influence and coach stakeholders at all levels.
• A commercial, practical and solutions-focused approach.
• Experience in large, complex business models, infrastructure/construction/project environments is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end HR business partnering across a complex operational workforce.

This is an opportunity to join a major infrastructure project in a true HR Business Partner position, partnering with operational leaders across a large diverse workforce. Working within a supportive People & Culture team, you'll play a key role in driving workforce initiatives, managing employee relations matters from initial enquiry through to resolution and supporting leaders through change in a fast-paced environment.

Reporting directly to the Head of People & Culture, you'll be a trusted advisor to stakeholders, balancing strategic partnering with hands-on HR generalist support.

The Role

In this varied position, you'll provide end-to-end HR business partnering support across a complex operational workforce.

• Partnering with leaders on a broad range of people, performance and workforce matters
• Managing employee relations cases including performance, conduct, grievances and investigations
• Coaching and influencing leaders through complex and sensitive situations
• Supporting workforce planning, organisational change and consultation activities
• Providing guidance on employment legislation, policies and procedures
• Assisting with onboarding, performance reviews, internal mobility and offboarding processes
• Building strong relationships across operational and corporate sites

About You

• 5+ years' HR Business Partner, People Partner or Senior HR Advisory experience
• Strong employee relations and case management capability
• Experience navigating complex stakeholder environments
• Demonstrate initiative to influence and coach stakeholders at all levels
• A commercial, practical and solutions-focused approach
• Experience within large complex business models or within infrastructure/construction/project environments will be highly regarded
• Relevant tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business, Employee Relations or a related discipline
