About The Role

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic HR Business Partner to join our team and play a key role in driving people initiatives that support business goals. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building strong relationships, and is passionate about creating a positive employee experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organisational objectives.
  • Provide expert guidance on employee relations, performance management, workforce planning, and talent development.
  • Undertake case management of workplace grievances, investigations and disciplinary processes and effective workplace relations with unions.
  • Support change management initiatives and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Analyse HR metrics to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve employee engagement and retention.
  • Collaborate with People and Culture and Safety teams to deliver integrated people solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with employment law and organisational policies.
About You
  • Relevant qualifications in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role with employee relations experience managing conduct matters, workplace investigations and disciplinary processes.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment legislation, and workplace relations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and build trust.
  • Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively across diverse business environments.
