Job summary

Action Workforce Pty is seeking experienced HR and MC Drivers for local Melbourne runs based in the Southeast Suburbs. The role offers ongoing work with Monday to Friday availability and early starts.

You will conduct deliveries and pickups, operate tailgate 8-pallet trucks and 14-pallet rigids, load/unload with pallet jacks, and secure freight with straps while complying with safety procedures and PPE. Overtime is available.

Qualifications

• HR or MC Licence required.
• Experience securing loads using straps and load restraint equipment.
• Strong focus on safety and PPE.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Monday to Friday availability is essential.
Early start time each day

Key Responsibilities

• Conducting deliveries and pickups throughout the day
• Operating tailgate-equipped vehicles when assigned to an 8-pallet truck
• Using a pallet jack to load and unload freight where required
• Operating a 14-pallet rigid vehicle for general pickup and delivery activities
• Driving an open tray vehicle when required for the transport of oversized freight
• Securing all freight correctly using straps and load restraint equipment
• Complying with all safety procedures and always wearing the required PPE

To Be Successful You Will Have

• HR or MC Licence, with proven driving experience
• Experience securing loads using straps and load restraint equipment
• Strong focus on safety, reliable and positive attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
