Agitator Drivers Driving a concrete agitator truck for Heidelberg Materials is more than just going from A to B and back again. Our Agitator drivers provide high levels of customer service to our clients receiving our products, becoming the face of our business. As a Driver, you will be making multiple deliveries throughout the day, operating the batch plant, and interacting with lots of different people. Every day will be different, there's nothing routine about this role!
Rates: $36.99ph plus penalties (rate X 1.5 after 8 hours, rate X 2.0 after 10 hours). You will be based in Karratha Concrete Plant. As we mentioned, driving an Agi is like being a Customer Service Agent on wheels. You will be dealing with lots of different personalities every day, so you need to be comfortable interacting with people you haven't met before. We provide cutting edge technology to not only keep you safe whilst driving, but also to help you map your routes and keep track of your loads. All new starts go through a 10-day training program before we let you loose by yourself.
