You’re the person who knows that “soft skills” are anything but soft.
You’ve got a radar for people, a memory for policies, and a knack for balancing empathy with accountability.
You're not just across the details, you're five steps ahead of them.
You’re a bit of a stickler for the rules, but you know how to have fun and, more than anything, you love organising it.
You see culture as more than shared lunches and Friday drinks. You know it’s built in the day-to-day.
You’ve got a sixth sense for when something’s feeling off, and a natural ability to bring clarity, connection, and calm when it’s needed most.
You know HR is about more than compliance, it’s about creating places people actually want to work.
You’re the person people trust to give it to them straight. With kindness, of course.
