Job summary

Aveley Secondary College is seeking enthusiastic Health and Physical Education teachers to join our collaborative team in Perth's Swan Valley. Vacancies may arise during the 2027 school year and may be permanent or fixed-term, full-time or part-time, across Year 7 to 12.

Interested applicants will deliver high-quality PE programs, engage students through our signature pedagogy, and collaborate with a supportive leadership team to uphold the College’s standards and culture.

Qualifications

• Hold an eligible teacher qualification and registration.
• Be an Australian or New Zealand citizen, permanent resident or have a valid visa with work rights for the term of the appointment.
• Apply for a WA Working with Children Check before you start; and
• Consent to a Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check and obtain a current Screening Clearance Number issued by the Department of Education’s Screening Unit before you start.
