Job summary

Lauriston Girls’ School is seeking a highly capable Howqua Assistant to join our residential Year 9 campus in Victoria’s High Country for the 2027 school year. You will contribute to a dynamic Year 9 residential program, supporting academic, outdoor and community-based learning experiences on site.

As part of the Howqua team you will work with teaching staff to deliver high-quality, integrated learning while fostering a safe, inclusive, and respectful residential community.

HowquaAssistants play a vital, hands-on role in the day-to-day operationof the campus. Working closely with teaching and other staff, youwill help deliver a high-quality, integrated program that supportsstudent learning, wellbeing and personal growth.

You willcontribute across a broad range of activities including programdelivery, outdoor education, student supervision and campusoperations, while helping foster a safe, inclusive and respectfulresidential community.
