Job summary

Lauriston Girls' School is seeking a highly capable Howqua Assistant to join our residential campus in Victoria’s High Country. This role supports a dynamic Year 9 residential program, helping deliver academic, outdoor and community-based learning experiences.

The successful candidate will work closely with teaching staff to foster student wellbeing, supervision and a safe, inclusive residential community, with housing provided for the term.

About the role

• Full-time, maximum term position (Term 4 2026)
• Immediate start (October 2026)

Howqua Assistants play a vital, hands‑on role in the day‑to‑day operation of the campus. Working closely with teaching and other staff, you will help deliver a high‑quality, integrated program that supports student learning, wellbeing and personal growth.

You will contribute across a broad range of activities including program delivery, outdoor education, student supervision and campus operations, while helping foster a safe, inclusive and respectful residential community.
