Qualifications

• Bachelor-level or higher in relevant field or demonstrated experience in social support work.
• Experience with marginalised groups and case management.
• Ability to assess, advise, support and refer clients.

Responsibilities

• Undertake holistic assessments, develop case plans and provide practical supports.
• Deliver person-centred, trauma-informed, culturally safe case management.
• Support budgeting and tenancy maintenance knowledge for clients.
• Collaborate with clients to provide information and options to improve safety and well-being.
• Advocate for clients and provide referrals as needed.
• Encourage community engagement and social networks.
