LUXXE Outsourced Hotel Services is hiring a Houseperson to service a 4/5 star hotel in Perth. The role runs from 8.00am to 4.00pm with a rotating roster across seven days. You will support Housekeeping operations by distributing linen, replenishing amenities and assisting Room Attendants.

Ideal candidates will be reliable, have Australian working rights and a friendly, customer-focused attitude. A strong team player who can work autonomously and take pride in their work is essential.

Responsabilidades

About The Role

We are currently seeking an experienced, service-focused Houseperson to service a 4/5 star hotel in Perth. This role is from 8.00am- 4.00pm and applicants must have availability to work a rotating roster across 7 days.

Reporting to the Housekeeping Supervisor/ Manager, you will be responsible for the distribution of linen and replenishing of amenities to floors. Assisting the room Attendants as requested and delivering Guest requests. You will also be required to maintain guest room pantries and ensure all equipment is in clean working order. Additionally, you will help answer guest requests and assist where possible.

About You

You will have a friendly and enthusiastic attitude, with the ability to have positive involvement and interaction with both guests and the overall Hotel team.

You must have at least 4 days availability to work over a rotating roster.
