Job summary

LUXXE Outsourced Hotel Services is hiring a Houseperson to service a 4/5 star hotel in Perth. The role runs from 8.00am to 4.00pm with a rotating roster across seven days. You will support Housekeeping operations by distributing linen, replenishing amenities and assisting Room Attendants.

Ideal candidates will be reliable, have Australian working rights and a friendly, customer-focused attitude. A strong team player who can work autonomously and take pride in their work is essential.

Qualifications

• Friendly and enthusiastic attitude with positive guest interaction.
• Proven track record of servicing hotel rooms to a high standard.
• Strong customer service focus with a guest-first mindset.
• Clear, courteous communication with guests and colleagues.
• Willingness to work rotating roster across 7 days.

Responsibilities

• Distribute linen and replenish amenities on floors.
• Assist Room Attendants as required and respond to guest requests.
• Maintain guest room pantries and ensure equipment is clean and functional.
• Support a 4/5 star hotel team with a proactive, friendly approach.
• Answer guest questions and assist where possible.
