Job summary

NRMA Parks & Resorts is seeking reliable housekeepers to join the Turtle Sands Resort team at Mon Repos during a busy season. This casual role offers flexible hours to fit around your life, with duties including cleaning cabins, changing linen, and maintaining spotless guest spaces to ensure a welcoming stay for guests.

You’ll work alongside our housekeeping team, supporting a high standard of cleanliness and guest comfort while staying active on shift and able to adapt to peak periods, weekends

Qualifications

• Reliable attitude and strong work ethic.
• Previous cleaning or housekeeping experience is helpful.
• Eye for detail and pride in doing a job well.

Responsibilities

• Clean and prepare cabins, villas and resort facilities to a high standard.
• Change linen, make beds and ensure bathrooms and guest spaces are fresh and spotless.
• Vacuum, mop, sweep and tidy indoor and outdoor areas.
• Complete mid-stay cleans and housekeeping checklists.
• Keep an eye out for maintenance or safety issues and report them to the team.

Work locally at beautiful Turtle Sands Resort, Mon Repos, during one of the busiest and most exciting times of the year!

Summer and Turtle Season are nearly here, and we’re looking for reliable Housekeepers to join our team at Turtle Sands Resort.

We have casual opportunities available with flexible hours that can work around your life. Whether you’re balancing family, study, another job or simply looking for work that gives you some flexibility, this could be a great fit. Working alongside our Housekeeping team, you’ll play an important part in making sure our accommodation and resort spaces are fresh, welcoming and ready for our guests.

What you’ll do

• Clean and prepare cabins, villas and resort facilities to a high standard
• Change linen, make beds and ensure bathrooms and guest spaces are fresh and spotless
• Vacuum, mop, sweep and tidy indoor and outdoor areas
• Complete mid-stay cleans and housekeeping checklists
• Keep an eye out for maintenance or safety issues and report them to the team
• Help guests with requests and contribute to a welcoming resort experience

What you’ll bring

• A reliable attitude and strong work ethic. If you say you’ll be there, we can count on you
• Previous cleaning or housekeeping experience is great, but it’s not essential if you’re willing to learn
• An eye for detail and pride in doing a job well
• The ability to work independently and as part of a busy team
• A hands-on approach and the physical fitness to keep moving throughout your shift
• A friendly, positive attitude when interacting with guests and teammates
• Flexibility to work across our busy periods, including some weekends and public holidays
