Job summary

NRMA Parks & Resorts at Turtle Sands Resort, Mon Repos, is seeking reliable, casual Housekeepers to join our team during a busy season. Work locally with flexible hours to suit your life and help keep cabins, villas and facilities clean and welcoming for guests.

You'll gain experience alongside our housekeeping team, with opportunities to grow, experience weekends/public holidays, and enjoy NRMA benefits.

Qualifications

• Reliable attitude and strong work ethic.
• Experience in cleaning or housekeeping is a plus but not required.
• Eye for detail and pride in doing a job well.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a busy team.
• Physically fit to move throughout your shift.

Responsibilities

• Clean and prepare cabins, villas and resort facilities to a high standard.
• Change linen, make beds and ensure bathrooms and guest spaces are fresh and spotless.
• Vacuum, mop, sweep and tidy indoor and outdoor areas.
• Complete mid-stay cleans and housekeeping checklists.
• Keep an eye out for maintenance or safety issues and report them to the team.
• Help guests with requests and contribute to a welcoming resort experience.
