Ozone Hospitality Services in Nelson Bay NSW is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead a friendly team in a coastal hotel. This part-time role focuses on keeping rooms guest-ready, coordinating daily schedules, and maintaining high cleanliness standards.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

You’ll help keep the property looking its absolute best by:

• Leading, training and motivating housekeeping staff
• Coordinating daily room allocations and schedules
• Preparing and distributing daily allocation sheets
• Monitoring arrivals, departures and priority rooms
• Inspecting rooms and public areas
• Monitoring productivity and workflow
• Communicating between room attendants and supervisors
• Handling guest requests and special requirements
• Managing cleaning supplies and amenities
• Maintaining room status, DND reports and service logs
• Supporting the team with daily operational issues
• Ensuring health, safety and housekeeping standards are maintained

ARE YOU OUR NEXT TEAM LEADER?

Ideally, you’ll have:

• Previous Housekeeping Supervisor experience

• Valid working rights in Australia
