AVANIWell is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor on a full-time basis to lead the housekeeping team and maintain the highest cleanliness and presentation standards across the property. You will collaborate with contractors and other departments to support daily operations and guest satisfaction.

The role involves supervising staff, training, and managing records and budgets, with shifts including weekends and mornings as part of a rotating roster.

Qualificações

• Experience supervising or managing housekeeping operations.
• Experience controlling budgets and operating supplies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong time management and organisational abilities.
• Sharp eye for detail and high cleanliness standards.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces meet cleanliness and presentation standards.
• Supervise housekeeping team and contractors, promoting productive workplace culture.
• Oversee on-the-job training to ensure consistent procedures and quality standards.
• Maintain accurate housekeeping records, logs, inventories and maintenance requests.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
