AVANIWell is currently seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor for a full-time position at our property in Newcastle. You will lead the housekeeping team, ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, and coordinate with contractors to maintain guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in supervising or managing housekeeping operations.
• Experience controlling and maintaining budgets, all operating supplies, replacements and consumables.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent time management and organisational skills.
• A sharp eye for detail and the ability to set and uphold high cleanliness standards.

Responsabilités

• Ensure all guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces meet cleanliness and high presentation standards.
• Supervise and support the housekeeping team, promoting a productive and professional workplace culture.
• Oversee on-the-job training to ensure consistent procedures and quality standards.
• Maintain accurate housekeeping records, including daily logs, inventory reports, and maintenance requests.
• Collaborate with other departments and contractors to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
