Job summary

Punthill Norwest is hiring a Housekeeping Supervisor to maintain premium standards across guest rooms and public areas. You will lead, train, and mentor the housekeeping team, ensuring Veri-Best processes are applied and high levels of cleanliness and guest satisfaction are achieved.

Qualifications

• Approved Australian working rights (citizenship, permanent residency, or visa with working rights)
• Experience supervising a housekeeping team
• Strong problem solving and lead-by-example mindset
• High standards of cleanliness and attention to detail
• Previous housekeeping or cleaning role experience

Responsibilities

• Lead by example in high-standard cleaning of guest rooms and facilities
• Supervise and train housekeeping team to meet standards
• Provide feedback on room conditions for deep cleaning or repairs
• Ensure Veri-Best housekeeping processes are followed
• Maintain strong relationships with teammates and guests
• Coordinate communication between housekeeping and other hotel teams
• Support Hotel Manager and act as the housekeeping expert

Responsibilities

First impressions are everything! And as our Housekeeping Supervisor, you will have the opportunity to create lasting memories for every Guest, which is why we’re looking for individuals who are relationship-focused and take pride in their work. You'll:

• Lead by example in the high standard cleaning of guest rooms, common areas and facilities
• Supervise and provide guidance, direction, and training to the housekeeping teamto ensure they meet standards and benchmarks
• Provide feedback on room conditions, particularlyareas that require deep clean, repairs or replacement to maintain room standards
• Ensure our 'Veri-Best' housekeeping processes and policies are implemented within the team
• Build strong and authentic relationships with your teammates and our guests
• Ensure a clear line of communication between housekeeping and other teams within the hotel
• Provide support and assistance to the Hotel Manager and be the housekeeping expert

About You

• Previous experience within a housekeeping or cleaning role
