Job summary

Quest Woolloongabba is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee the service of hotel rooms, ensuring cleanliness and guest comfort in a busy, friendly environment.

You will lead the housekeeping team, manage schedules, and coordinate with Reception to meet guest needs. Experience 1–3 years in hotels or similar, and a proactive, customer-focused approach are essential. Flexkeeping experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years housekeeping experience in hotels, hospitals, resorts, or similar environments.
• Leadership experience, such as leading shifts or mentoring junior staff.
• Experience maintaining high cleanliness standards in fast-paced environments.
• Experience with Flexkeeping is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and support the housekeeping team to ensure high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
• Service and inspect rooms, replenishing supplies and maintaining guest comfort.
• Manage daily schedules, attendance, and leave to support efficiency and productivity.
• Communicate closely with Reception regarding room status and guest requirements.
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and WH&S standards.

The Role

To supervise the service of hotel’s rooms in accordance with the established standards, maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and providing our Guests with the very best service in a clean healthy environment.
